Jeff Grissler has been where you are and understands the inner workings of the salon industry and what leads to success as a salon owner. As a business owner, he understands the business landscape and what owners can expect and guides them to success. Jeff is a partner of and the National Sales Manager for Quest Resources—one of the salon industry’s leading financing companies for furniture and equipment. His career in finance began on Wall Street and he has been involved in the multimillion dollar beauty industry for over 20 years. Jeff has financed over 15,000 salons to help them open their doors or complete their remodeling project through creative financing strategies.
Published in many beauty trade magazines, Jeff is setting a new business standard in the beauty industry as we see it today. Jeff has a beauty portfolio of over 600 million dollars in salon financing and a network of over 150 manufacturers, distributors, and vendors. A gifted businessman and consultant, Jeff prides himself on his networking ability to bring people together to share new ideas and explore partnerships and marketing techniques. Through his skilled negotiations, he has convinced the banking industry to lift restrictions from the beauty industry. He has also negotiated contracts and leases with salon owners, spa owners, distributors, manufacturers, and banking management.
A beauty industry entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in space-planning and design for salons. No stranger to the salon industry, Eric spent many years developing new designs and space plans, getting involved in every facet of the industry. Since the 1980s, Eric has imported salon furniture from many countries, such as Italy, Germany, Holland, and China, bringing in the latest trends and styles for the U.S. market.
Prior to writing this book, Eric owned several successful businesses, all involved in the salon industry, from a small chain of beauty stores to a cabinet manufacturing facility. He has also collaborated with companies such as Sally Beauty Supply, L’Oreal, and The Nailco Group.
