How does Shop Modern Salon work?
Shop Modern Salon is a powerful interactive learning system. Getting started using Shop Modern Salon is fast and easy. You can choose to take single classes or get access to the entire course catalog via a monthly subscription. Go to the Shop Modern Salon On-Demand Classes to find classes you want to watch and click “Add to Cart” to purchase the class you want to watch.

When can I take the classes?
Our On-Demand classes are available to watch streaming online at any time. You can take the classes from any computer as long as you have internet connection. During the time you have access to the course, you can come back to the watch the video as many times as you wish.

How long will I have access to the classes?
You will have access to single classes for 60 days and packaged classes for 90 days. You can also enroll for a monthly subscription to an artist that renews every 30 days. Your access period starts on the day each class was purchased.

Do I need to register to view streaming video?
Yes, you must register for an account to access your streaming video classes. Registration also helps with faster and easier checkout, checking your order status and receiving exclusive offers and e-letters.

Do I have to complete my class in one session?
No, you can start, stop and finish at your convenience. You can watch the streaming video as much as you like during the access period.

Do you offer classes on DVDs or CDs?
Yes, Shop Modern Salon has more than just On-Demand videos. Check out our selection of Books, CDs and DVDs if you prefer your education the traditional way. We are constantly updating our inventory so come back often.

Can I change my account information?
Yes, you can change your account information anytime. Log in with your e-mail and password and click on your e-mail address at the top of the page. Here, you will be able to update your information as needed.

Is my credit card information secure?
Yes, we take your privacy very seriously. Your credit card information will be safely transmitted. Your payment will be transmitted through an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate that is protected and encrypted.

What should I do if the video doesn't start?
Visit your library of purchased videos by clicking on your e-mail address at the top of the page. Make sure your internet or Wi-Fi connection is setup. You can also try to refresh your browser and try again. A slow internet connection MAY affect video streaming.
